Sat. 17th and Sun. 18th October 2020 - Weekend at Oberon

Mayfield Garden Spring Festival

Meet at 6pm on the 17th October for dinner at the Royal Hotel, Oberon. Accommodation is up to you and please check the following websites for details of what is available.

The following website will provide you with lots of choices of what see & do enroute to Oberon - https://www.visitnsw.com/destinations/blue-mountains/oberon-area/oberon

Sunday we will meet at Mayfield Garden at 9am when it opens. The cost per adult is $35 per person unless you are elderly like me! The price then reduces to $30 per person. Tickets can be purchased on the Mayfield Garden Website - https://mayfieldgarden.com.au/whatson/spring-festival/

Note – you must book in the Spring Festival Section to get access to the garden which includes the Private Garden. I suggest that you do this prior to your arrival at the Gardens to avoid a queue.

I have advised the staff at Mayfield Gardens that we will gather for lunch at 1.30pm. This will give us plenty of time to view the gardens – over 65 hectares. Don’t forget to admire the chook Hilton whilst there.

This garden keeps evolving and is well worth the visit. Partners are more than welcome.
